Main Workflow Steps

1. Gmail trigger checks the inbox for new emails every minute.
2. Filters emails that are unprocessed and not marked as error to avoid duplicate handling.
3. Extracts routing ID from the email address to query routing configurations in Airtable.
4. Filters and processes only routes that are active, skipping invalid or disabled routes.
5. Uses OpenAI GPT-4 to generate email summaries and metadata.
6. Simultaneously calls GPT-4 to generate actionable tasks based on email content, including titles, descriptions, and optional detailed points.
7. Combines both AI outputs and formats them into content blocks compliant with Notion page structure.
8. Creates a new page via Notion API, saving the email tasks and summaries into the specified database.
9. Upon success, tags the email as “Processed” to prevent reprocessing.
10. If Notion page creation fails, automatically disables the corresponding route and sends an error notification email to the sender.
11. If no valid route is found, sends a notification email to the sender indicating the email cannot be processed.
